Thanks for visiting my page! It takes a lot of courage and strength to seek help. Often the first steps can be the most difficult. I hope I can be a part of the journey you have just started and help you through the challenges and joys ahead.

Or maybe you’re facing a big life decision and you aren’t sure what to do. It also could just be that you need a safe place to share and talk through issues that have been bothering you. Wherever you are, I would love to partner with you and work on strategies and solutions to help you reach your specific goals. Coaching specialties
- Personal Development Coaching - As a coach, I can assist in planning to accomplish personal, spiritual, or career goals. At the same time, we can work on self-discovery, social skills, body image, and/or self-esteem–collaborating on strategies to overcome any obstacles.
- Relationship Coaching - I can help you navigate difficult relationships between siblings, parents, teachers, co-workers, bosses, or significant others. Together, we would work towards finding hope and healing as we map out a path toward healthier relationships.
- Transitional Coaching - Perhaps you just moved to Chattanooga, started at a new school or began a new job, are in the midst of graduating, changing careers, going through a breakup, or are facing an empty nest. Whatever the transition, it would be a privilege to work with you as you process and to provide tools, to help you adjust to a new set of circumstances.
- Self-Care Coaching - Self-care is so important to our well-being, especially in a culture that seems to always demand we go harder and achieve more. I can be there to help you identify root causes of burnout, plan a healthier lifestyle, and guide you towards balance and margin in your life.
- Ministry Coaching - Before coming to Foxhole, I worked in student ministry, with Young Life and at two different churches. I am familiar with the unique joys and challenges this work can bring. I would look forward to helping you take the proper steps toward building and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I am also happy to help if you are thinking through a new calling.
- Sabbatical Coaching - You may find yourself with some undirected time for any number of reasons. Perhaps it is a sabbatical, or maybe you are between jobs, or your children have left home. Giving ourselves time to rest and reflect is so important and sometimes hard to do effectively. I would be honored to help you navigate this time.
* None of us or our challenges fit neatly into a box. It is okay if the categories listed above don’t exactly describe your needs. With every client, we build a unique relationship based on personality and goals.

MORE ABOUT ME: Much of my heart for meeting people in their struggles and striving for solutions comes from my own background. In high school, I was the girl who seemed to have it all, yet I consistently felt like I was falling short and didn’t measure up to my peers. I remember the loneliness I experienced in moments when others seemed to just glide through their classes and athletic endeavors. Meanwhile, I felt like everything I did took twice the effort to get half the results. It wasn’t until much later that I realized I am not alone in this feeling, and (maybe more importantly) that no one should have to struggle in what feels like isolation. I am drawn to this job because I feel life has prepared me to be that person who is there to encourage and assist those who may feel a bit like they are drowning with no shore in sight.
I have had the opportunity to do this work with students, young adults, and their parents for over 14 years on staff with Young Life and in two churches. What I have found to be most true is that we all need help. No person is an island, yet we live in a culture that often prescribes a stiff upper lip and increased effort as the solution. I know what it is like to reach into your reserve, find nothing there, and try to endure anyway. Put plainly, I know what it’s like to burn out, but I have also found a path to recovery. My hope is to be with you through that process and to help you find a way to firmer ground.
